“Before we started working together, my business was growing but I was still in the weeds of doing all of the marketing myself and I didn’t have enough systems in place to effectively delegate to my team. Jen made a big impact on our processes, team development, team management and marketing practices. Jen put systems and processes in place and created our “Standard Operating Procedures” (SOP) manual that holds all of our standards so we are all doing things the same way and not recreating processes every time we tackle them.
